Unsupported devices: We originally used an HTC One m8 for our tests, but this device was not recognizable, causing us to test a different device instead. We found this to be troublesome, and it complicated the installation process. Misleading, slow setup: The installation wizard encouraged us to download two additional programs but made them out to be part of Wondershare Dr.Fone. Thousands of photos, dozens of videos, and hundreds of text messages were found after being previously deleted.
